The rules for using Atomic Workflows and buying from it. We have kept them as short and plain as we can.
Who these terms are with
These terms cover your use of Atomic Workflows (www.atomicworkflows.com), including the books, courses and community on it. The site is operated and the content is published by Meda Technologies Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number 04028221, VAT number GB788941067). Registered office: Office 1, 72 Booker Avenue, Bradwell Common, Milton Keynes, England, MK13 8EF. Email: hello@meda.co.uk.
By using the site or buying from it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Buying books and courses
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which is the merchant of record for every sale. That means Lemon Squeezy sells the product to you, takes your payment, collects and pays any VAT or sales tax due, and sends your receipt. Its terms apply to the payment itself. Prices are shown before you pay and include or exclude tax as the checkout shows.
After you pay, Lemon Squeezy emails you a receipt and a licence key. We add what you bought to your library when you sign in with the email address you used at checkout, or when you add the licence key yourself.
If you ask for a refund within 30 days, see our refund policy. A refund ends your access to what you were refunded for.
Your licence to the content
When you buy a book or course you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read or watch it for your own learning. You may not:
- share your account, or your licence key, with other people;
- copy, resell, upload or redistribute the content, or publish it anywhere else;
- use the content to train a machine-learning model or to build a competing product.
A licence key can be used on one account. If a key has been added to the wrong account, email us and we will sort it out; we do not move purchases between accounts any other way.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Community
You own what you post. By posting, you give us a licence to display it on the site and to store and back it up so the site can work. You must have the right to post it.
Be kind and be useful. Do not post anything unlawful, abusive, misleading, or that infringes someone else's rights, and do not send spam. We may remove content or accounts that break these rules.
Using the site
You may use the site for personal or internal business use. Do not disrupt it, probe it for weaknesses without our written permission, scrape it at scale, or use it unlawfully. Links to other websites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for those sites.
Intellectual property
Meda Technologies Ltd or its licensors own the content, design and code of the site, including the books, courses and articles. Except as set out in these terms or allowed by law, you may not copy substantial parts of it for republication without our written permission.
Accuracy and availability
We take care to keep the content accurate, but we cannot promise it is complete or free of errors, and it is general education rather than professional advice. We aim to keep the site available, but it may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may improve or change features and content over time.
Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your legal rights as a consumer, including that digital content must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
Beyond that, and to the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that were not a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms, or for business losses such as lost profit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do; changes do not affect purchases already made. Questions about these terms can go to hello@meda.co.uk. How we handle your data is explained in our privacy policy.
